About the role
To ensure smooth and accurate handling of all customer billing transactions, cash management, and payment processes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining company standards and procedures. Inform customers about applicable offers, promotions, and loyalty programmes. Complete daily cash reconciliation and submit cash reports.
What you'll do
- Process customer purchases accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, gift vouchers, and other payment methods
- Ensure accurate billing, discounts, offers, and promotional schemes
- Generate invoices and provide receipts to customers
- Maintain accuracy in cash collection and change returns
