About the role
To lead, implement, maintain, and continually improve the organization's certified management systems and accreditations, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 (NABL), AS9100, Nadcap, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001, and to manage all internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits effectively.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage all metallurgical laboratory activities including Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Testing, Metallography, Failure Analysis and Heat Treatment evaluation
- Ensure laboratory compliance with Nadcap, AMS, ASTM, ISO, and customer?specific requirements
- Develop, review, and approve laboratory procedures, test methods, and work instructions
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and proper test documentation
