There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants.
What you'll do
- KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Customer Management
- (R) Interact with customers during the execution and gather the feedback
- (R) Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and escalate non-resolvable issues KRA2 Product Delivery
- (R,A) Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations
- (R,A) Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure effecient curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues
