What you'll do
- Design and develop seasonal collections for Sweatshirts, Sweaters, Polos, and Crew Neck styles within the menswear knits category
- Conduct trend research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to identify emerging fashion opportunities
- Create mood boards, concept presentations, color palettes, fabric stories, and design briefs
- Develop detailed sketches, technical specifications, and artwork using design software
- Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, technical, and production teams to ensure timely product development
