About the role
Understand the business deeply and translate business problems to data science and analytics problems Brainstorm, research, learn & implement new/existing AI & Machine learning algorithms Expert in coding skill in R, Python or SAS and any data visualization tool Mathematical & statistical understanding of machine learning algorithms (GBM, Logistc Regression, Linear Regression, Deep Learning etc.)
What you'll do
- Mentoring and provide training to data scientists, analysts
- Build statistical models and algorithms using R / Python/Spark/Databricks
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Policy, Credit, Collections, Operations, Product etc
- Review of report/data quality to ensure zero error
