Department Head - Safety at Aditya Birla Group. Safety Implementation: Plan, organise and coordinate with Function Heads.
What you'll do
- Incident Analysis and Reporting: Review incident reports and analyse all types of accidents and incidents, give feedback to FHs and HODs for implementation
- Safety Promotion and Awareness: Identify and formulate programmes that motivate employees, run near-miss reporting with cash reward and suggestion schemes
- Development of Safety Procedures: Develop safety procedures and policy, improve incident investigation and accident analysis to build standard safety practices
- Management Systems and Safety System Strengthening: Drive development, review and improvement of ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS) to achieve high standards of safety
