About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to manage and enhance UPI and BBPS (Bharat Connect) journeys, drive product execution, and improve onboarding, transaction success, and customer experience. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, QA, design, analytics, operations, compliance, and banking partners to deliver seamless, reliable, and compliant payment experiences.
What you'll do
- Product Management & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Manage product backlogs, JIRA, sprint planning, UAT, releases, and post-release monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and resolve production issues
- Support roadmap execution, competitor benchmarking, and feature prioritization
