About the role
Overall responsibility for site operations, supervision and overseeing the direction of the project ensuring specifications and requirements are met, monitor costs, reviewing progress, quality management, safety management, R&R, Land possession, people development and implementation of best practices in addition to be completely responsible for all company related governance and compliance aspect.
What you'll do
- Project Planning and Implementation: Plan and monitor project implementation targets, including production within budgeted cost and timelines
- Operational and Cost Management: Keep variable and fixed costs and key value drivers within norms, plan for benchmark improvements
- Industrial and Public Relations: Manage industrial and employee relations to sustain a constructive working climate
- This role is part of the Global Manufacturing Leadership Program (GMLP)
