What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders in driving people priorities across the region, with a strong focus on manning, attrition, performance management
- Manning & Talent Acquisition Drive manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions across branches
- Partner with TA and business teams to improve hiring quality, speed and productivity
- Track hiring pipeline, joining ratios and branch-wise manpower gaps
- Support hiring drives, referrals and local talent mapping
