About the role
To enable the creation of a positive image about the quality of products offered by the brand by ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed throughout the processes from the procurement of raw materials to production and contract shipment and ensure that the required quality Standards are achieved.
What you'll do
- KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Quality inspection
- Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to ensure that all standards of fabric quality, texture, colour
- Develop and monitor the raw material arrival schedule, line plan, cutting plan, machine skill training plan for each style and shipment dates
- Conduct frequent quality audits, in-line inspections, maintain a record of observations/issues, and steps taken to resolve the issues
- Conduct trainings to enhance quality awareness among vendor(s) staff KRA2 Checking SOPs - Be a leader, and role model for the staff
