TM Process Excellence

About the role

Team Member Process Excellence is responsible for data collection and rollout of HR Assurance framework, ensuring consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across HR processes through quick adoption of structured governance and assurance mechanisms as per the framework.

What you'll do

• Meeting clear timelines, to maintain data integrity and enable efficient consolidation and reporting
• Ensure alignment of collected data with defined KPIs to support decision-making and performance benchmarking
• Coordinate with Unit and Corporate HR teams for timely and accurate data submissions
• Create awareness and foster adoption of the HR Assurance Framework across Unit and Corporate HR teams
• Support to present insights in a clear, actionable format to enable data-driven decisions and corrective action planning at Unit HR and and BCOE level
