About the role

To handle the Weaving & Knitting function at TRADC for development and commercialization of innovative, high-quality and cost-effective products using Viscose, Modal, Lyocell and Spun-dyed Viscose, while ensuring optimum machine/resource utilization, process excellence, technology transfer and safe operations to drive Birla Cellulose business growth.

What you'll do

• Conduct weaving and knitting trials for new fibre developments, process changes, customer complaints and benchmarking
• Identify the best process parameters and provide technical solutions
• Develop new and improved woven/knitted products using different fibres and technologies
• Develop and deliver customer samples within the required timeline and provide technical support during trials
• Improve machine, manpower and resource utilization through better productivity, simpler processes and technology improvement
