About the role
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Stay current with rapidly evolving AI tools, frameworks, and best practices; proactively identify and test new technologies that can improve REDs operations, revenue, and guest experience. Digitize and automate vessel inspection checklists, safety compliance logs, and operational reporting — transitioning the fleet from paper-based systems to structured digital workflows.
What you'll do
- Create executive dashboards and reporting pipelines that provide leadership with immediate visibility into business performance across all markets
- Manage CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ensure clean data flow between booking platforms, customer databases, and operational tools
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement software tools and platforms that improve efficiency, with a focus on cost-effective solutions appropriate for REDs scale
