About the role
We are seeking a functional consultant who will understand customer business requirements, translate these into Business Central solutions, and effectively communicate to customers how their needs are met through standard or customized solutions. This role involves collaboration with various teams for project delivery, quality assurance, and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add ons, providing support, training, and documentation
- Collaborate with the team (Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint) and work alongside experienced colleagues
- Partner with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications
- Offer consulting services and support to Business Central clients
- Execute tasks identified in solution design, implementing relevant configuration or customization changes
