What you'll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework for the Fusion system
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Create and maintain performance review templates and processes
• Conduct performance reviews with employees and provide feedback and coaching
• Develop and deliver training programs on performance management best practices
