About the role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transition Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end transition of Oracle application services (EBS, Fusion, Integration, and PaaS solutions) into an AMS support model. The role is responsible for ensuring a smooth, structured, and risk-controlled transition within the defined timeline while maintaining service continuity and quality.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end transition phase (planning execution stabilization)
- Define and maintain transition plan, timeline, and governance framework (aligned with ~2-month transition schedule)
- Coordinate knowledge transfer (KT), shadowing, and reverse shadowing activities
- Ensure completeness of documentation (process flows, KT materials, SOPs, runbooks)
- Manage transition risks, issues, and dependencies with proper mitigation plans
