What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify, document, and manage software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve them
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing software stability
