Workday Functional Consultant Benefits, Time Tracking & Absence

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence (Leave Module) to support end-to-end implementation and support activities across client environments. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to configure, test, and deploy HCM solutions aligned with business needs.

What you'll do

• Configure benefits plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment processes as per statutory and organizational requirements
• Design and implement time tracking solutions including time entry rules, validations, and approval workflows
• Manage leave/absence policies including accruals, carryovers, balances, and compliance with regional regulations
• Perform functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-go-live support
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and training material as required
