About the role
We are looking for an experienced Functional Payroll Consultant to support payroll system implementation, configuration, and process optimization for client environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing and systems, with a deep understanding of statutory compliance and integrations with HR and finance modules.
What you'll do
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processing and compliance
- Configure payroll rules, pay components, pay groups, and calendars in alignment with organizational policies and statutory requirements
