What you'll do
- 1: Integration Solution Ownership
- Own end-to-end integration requirements for Workday HCM
- Lead requirement discovery and grooming sessions with Global Process Owners and Delivery Leads
- Translate business and payroll requirements into structured integration design inputs
- Review and validate technical designs proposed by HRIT to ensure functional and compliance alignment
