About the role
We are hiring a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. You will connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospects from company database and generate leads
- Explain products, services, offers and pricing clearly
- Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries and build strong relationships
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
