The Director of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for leading end-to-end RCM operations, driving financial performance, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable processes across the revenue cycle. This role focuses on cash flow optimization, denial reduction, AR management, and operational excellence , while partnering with clients, providers, and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

- Oversee end-to-end RCM functions: Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, and Payment Posting
- Drive improvements in cash collections, AR days, and clean claim rates
- Ensure seamless coordination across all revenue cycle stages
- Financial Performance & KPI Management
- Own and manage key metrics: AR Days
