About the role
Design, develop, optimize, and maintain SQL-based data structures, stored procedures, views, functions, staging tables, and reporting-ready data layers. Support SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Snowflake-style data environments used for transactional, analytical, and reporting workflows. Improve database performance through indexing, query optimization, partitioning, archival strategies, and execution plan review.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain SQL-based data structures, stored procedures, views, functions, staging tables, and reporting-ready data layers
- Support SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Snowflake-style data environments used for transactional, analytical, and reporting workflows
- Improve database performance through indexing, query optimization, partitioning, archival strategies, and execution plan review
- Implement reliable backup, retention, and recovery practices for critical data repositories and integration databases
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest data from PMS, EHR, payer, vendor, and internal operational systems
