About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airfield Drainage Expert with over 15 years of expertise in designing, managing, and maintaining drainage systems in airside environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of airfield drainage design, stormwater management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the safety, functionality, and sustainability of airside operations.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and optimization of airfield drainage systems, including surface and subsurface drainage networks
- Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modeling to assess stormwater flow and drainage efficiency
- Ensure compliance with international and local standards, such as ICAO, FAA, and local environmental regulations
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of airfield drainage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and environmental specialists
