About the role
This role is responsible for providing cost planning, estimating, cost control, procurement, and commercial management support throughout the full project lifecycle — from inception through design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
What you'll do
- Provide end-to-end cost management and quantity surveying services from inception through design, procurement, construction, and project closeout
- Develop and maintain cost plans, budgets, estimates, cash-flow forecasts, and cost reports at all stages of project development
- Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), schedules of quantities, rates, and pricing documentation
- Undertake cost planning and benchmarking to support design development and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Deliver timely cost reports and dashboards highlighting financial performance, commitments, forecasts, and key commercial issues
