About the role
Define sector strategy (high-rise, data center, healthcare\/commercial) and capability roadmap; align with enterprise goals and market demands. Lead design excellence programs—audits, KPIs, benchmarks, lessons learned; reduce rework and elevate first-time-right delivery. Approve high-risk designs (complex pump rooms, large tanks, special hazard systems—water mist, foam, clean agent); sign off redundancy topologies and resilience strategies.
