About the role
This role will primarily support the completion of day to day Blackline requests and concerns. Responsible for ensuring review of requirements for all Blackline support cases May assist in audit-related requirements gathering or maybe assigned some audit tasks. Escalate issues and concerns to the Blackline System Administrator for raising Blackline IT Support ticket
What you'll do
- Responsible for ensuring review of requirements for all Blackline support cases
- Monitor & ensure timely and accurate resolution/completion of Blackline support cases
- Prepare and update monthly SLAs for Blackline Support
- Prepare, generate and upload task/account reports in SharePoint
- Prepare quarterly bank matching result report
