About the role
We are seeking an experienced Coastal Engineer with strong expertise in the planning, design, engineering, and constructability review of coastal and marine infrastructure projects.
What you'll do
- Preparation of drawings and specifications for coastal/marine components (breakwaters, groynes, reclamation, quay structures, revetments)
- Prepare technical method statements, work programmes, and resource plans for coastal and marine works
- Coastal/maritime engineering designs, drawings, and calculations for constructability
- Review and interpret physical and numerical model study reports for breakwaters, groynes, and other coastal structures
- Review wave, tidal, current, littoral drift, and metocean data/reports for relevance to design validation and construction planning
