About the role
The role ensures that EPC contractors deliver works in compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project schedules, while maintaining strong coordination across Electrical, Civil, I&C, QA/QC, and HSE disciplines. Core strength lies in site execution oversight, engineering validation, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of transmission, substation, and hybrid renewable energy projects.
What you'll do
- Site Supervision & PMC Oversight
- Supervise construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of substations (AIS/GIS), transmission lines, and hybrid renewable evacuation systems (33kV–765kV)
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, QAP/FQP, and construction methodologies
- Monitor project progress against L2/L3 schedules, identify risks/delays, and support corrective actions in coordination with Project Controls
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site documentation, and compliance records
