About the role
This role operates at the intersection of engineering, program management, customer interface, and digital transformation , acting as the primary bridge between technical teams, grid operators, regulators, and executive leadership. The position is responsible for enabling seamless integration of renewable (solar, wind), BESS, PSP, and conventional generation systems with EHV transmission networks and substations (up to 765 kV) .
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for grid-related matters for large-scale (GW+) customers across ITO, OTR, and post-COD phases
- Lead grid integration strategy across solar, wind, BESS, PSP, and hybrid energy systems
- Support commercial and bid teams in scope definition, risk assessment, and grid compliance positioning
- Lead and oversee advanced power system studies, including: Load flow, short-circuit, contingency, and stability (RMS/EMT) analysis
- Develop and validate grid simulation models for: Wind turbines, solar inverters, BESS, and hybrid plants
