HR Business Partner

About the role

The role will work closely with project leadership, operational managers, employees, client stakeholders, and HR partners to deliver people solutions that support project delivery, workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and a positive employee experience.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Leadership, Project Managers, and Functional Leaders to support business objectives through effective people solutions
• Provide HR guidance on workforce planning, staffing requirements, resource deployment, and talent retention
• Support leaders in managing team performance, employee development, and organizational effectiveness
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee-related matters, balancing business priorities with employee experience and engagement
• Use workforce insights and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actions that improve performance, retention, and workforce effectiveness
