About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Mechanical Engineer for semiconductor and battery fabrication (FAB) facilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling exhaust systems for clean rooms, process vacuum, compressed dry systems and semiconductor-grade equipment.
What you'll do
- Develop the Equipment layout for Process Exhaust, Process Vacuum, Compressor & PCW system
- Calculate system flow, pressure requirement
- Develop the piping layout, Ducting layout
- Prepare and review PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs, system schematics, equipment layouts, and mechanical specifications
- Perform equipment sizing and selection for pumps, ID FANS, scrubbers, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, and piping & Ducting system
