What you'll do
- Prepare, review, and approve detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision
- Mentor, train, and evaluate architectural and design/drafting personnel, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development
- Review and approve conceptual designs, offering strategic guidance and innovative recommendations to enhance project outcomes
- Maintain effective liaison with design, drafting, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of architectural vision with technical execution
- Assist in developing and implementing new architectural methods, techniques, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
