About the role
Performs BIM modeling and design tasks for electrical building systems on large-scale projects, primarily within the Middle East region. Works independently under limited supervision, applying technical expertise to develop coordinated 3D models and construction documentation in alignment with project and digital delivery standards.
What you'll do
- Develops and maintains 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project specifications and standards
- Produces detailed construction drawings and documentation, including lighting layouts, power distribution, cable routing, containment systems, earthing
- Provides direct project support and production for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Ensures compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project-specific standards
- Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to resolve clashes and ensure proper system integration
