About the role
We are seeking a Principal Engineer-BESS (Renewables) to join our Energy team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
What you'll do
- Lead electrical design for BESS and renewable projects (FEED, detailed design, assurance)
- Design the BESS balance of plant (BOP) systems
- Develop grid connection solutions (11kV–400kV) for energy storage and renewables
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions
- Work on large projects and frameworks with renewable energy generation developers, mostly in UK and Ireland but also with some global projects
