About the role
We are seeking a Principal Engineer(Primary Substation) to join our Transmission & Distribution team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across the globe and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Primary engineers and technical specialists
- Support with technical reports and bids, as well as foster positive relationships with clients
- Mentor team members in their development, facilitating opportunities that build competency, and assisting with professional accreditation where appropriate
- Ensure design submissions comply with codes, standards such as IEEE, IEC, National Grid, and quality requirements
- Drive innovation in AI, digital, scripts automation, develop the user defined dynamic & transient models
