About the role
We are seeking a Principal Engineer - Secondary Substation to join our Transmission & Distribution team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across the globe and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Protection & Control engineers and technical specialists
- Conduct Protection Coordination Studies and Settings calculations where required using ETAP or similar software (desired)
- Coordinate across multi-disciplinary engineering environments and project managers
- Support with technical reports and bids, as well as foster positive relationships with clients
- Mentor team members in their development, facilitating opportunities that build competency, and assisting with professional accreditation where appropriate
