Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a wider delivery team Experienced in the use of international, UK Network Rail, and Railway Group Standards as well as the relevant British Standards and Eurocodes.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the delivery of electrical design packages across rail infrastructure projects
- Act as Lead Engineer or Contractor’s Responsible Engineer (CRE), checker ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards and safety regulations
- Provide technical and commercial oversight, including design planning, risk management and quality assurance
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and graduates, supporting them in their professional development and chartership journeys
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and constructible design solutions
