About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Control Manager with a proven track record in semiconductor facility construction and cleanroom environments. The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of expertise in project controls, cost management, scheduling, and risk analysis for large-scale industrial and high-tech projects, with a strong focus on semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement project control plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with baseline schedules and budgets for semiconductor facility projects
- Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and contractual obligations
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project
