About the role
The role serves as the Owner’s Quality Representative, responsible for establishing and enforcing robust quality management systems across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases, ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and international standards.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) aligned with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality frameworks
- Establish and review Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Field Quality Plans (FQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements
- Define project-wide quality objectives, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure integration of quality requirements across Electrical, Civil, and I&C disciplines for unified project delivery
- Design & Engineering Quality Assurance
