About the role
The Senior Billing & Cost Management Manager shall report to the Project Director / Project Head and serve as the PMC lead for project billing, quantity verification, cost management, budget monitoring, financial controls and commercial reporting across the airport development project.
What you'll do
- Review, verify and certify contractor, consultant and vendor invoices, RA bills and payment applications in accordance with contractual provisions
- Ensure timely processing of payment certificates, invoices and financial approvals
- Monitor billing cycles and identify potential delays affecting project cash flow and contractor performance
- Maintain billing registers, payment records and certification logs
