About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programming & Scheduling Expert to lead the planning, programming, and scheduling of major bridge projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil works, construction planning, and project management, with a proven ability to prepare and manage complex work schedules.
What you'll do
- Develop detailed work programs and schedules for major bridge projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Utilize advanced scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to optimize resource allocation and project execution
- Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect progress and address delays or changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate construction planning and scheduling into overall project management
- Ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
