About the role
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a wider delivery team Experienced in the use of international, UK Network Rail, and Railway Group Standards as well as the relevant British Standards and Eurocodes.
What you'll do
- Prepare key elements of design deliverables including technical reports, electrical calculations and CAD drawings in industry standard software
- Act as Lead Engineer or checker ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards and safety regulations
- Provide technical and commercial oversight, including design planning, risk management and quality assurance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and constructible design solutions
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant regulations, including CDM and Health & Safety legislation
