About the role
The company provides infrastructure services and is involved in the construction of infrastructure projects such as viaducts, flyovers, metros, bridges, pipelines, roads, ports, barrages, oil and gas projects etc Assisting Site to submit Advance Bank Guaranty (ABG), Performance Bank Guaranty (PBG), RBG, Insurance as per the contract conditions.
What you'll do
- Assisting Site to submit Advance Bank Guaranty (ABG), Performance Bank Guaranty (PBG), RBG, Insurance as per the contract conditions
- Preparing Item Rate Analysis, getting it approved from the Quantity Survey In-charge / Project Manager
- Assist in reconciliation of work completed vs. payment
- Provide support to the QS function
- Ensuring Role Clarity, Targets, KRA’s are set and discussed with immediate superior
