About the role
AKRSP(I) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Trainer (Do-Skill) to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our youth employability training initiatives across sectors such as Retail, Digital Marketing, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BAFS), Advanced Excel, Power BI, Basic AI.
What you'll do
- Design Training Material ppt & poster
- Identify training needs of communities
- Conduct Village Meeting, Door to Door and night meeting
- Ensuring maintain of all documentation related to the programme
- Develop, maintain, and update MIS databases related to trainee records, attendance, assessments, and placements
