About the role
The Programme Specialist – (NRM) will be responsible for implementing and supporting sustainable water and land base initiatives in the Dhule , Nandurbar districts region. This role involves working closely with local communities, farmer groups, and internal teams to promote climate-resilient water and land base practices, enhancing livelihood of rural community
What you'll do
- Liaise with donors and government departments to ensure program alignment, compliance, and collaboration
- Provide comprehensive support to teams engaged in water and Land based projects across regions
- Conduct field survey, site selection, mapping, and planning of implementation
- Support in construction of structure to conserve water and reduce soil erosion
- Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for field staff, village leaders, and representatives from government and non-government organizations
