About the role
Budget management and new resource mobilization. Actively engage in developing systems and indicators from existing areas of work. Capacity building of the team and prepare senior team members towards new challenges and new geographical areas. Integration of all programmes and projects of AKRSPI to achieve maximum impact at household level.
What you'll do
- Liaise with donors and government officers and interact with field staff and community members
- Ensuring timely submission of all reports to donors, government and AKRSP head office
- Provide overall administration for the team and all offices and financial oversight
- Set up and operationalize the monitoring and evaluation systems for all the work in the regions
- Provide leadership and overall guidance to the area managers working in the regions
