Trainer (Skill Development)

About the role

Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality skill training sessions while creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for youth at Yuva Junctions and partner centres. The role will provide career counselling and continuous learner support to help candidates build confidence, improve employability skills, and successfully complete the programme.

What you'll do

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for youth in IT Skills (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Digital Tools) as well as Soft Skills & Employability Skills
• Deliver training on communication skills, spoken English, personality development, workplace readiness, interview skills, and professional behavior
• Use blended learning methods including activities, role plays, case studies, presentations, and digital tools to ensure effective learning
• Monitor and evaluate trainee progress through assessments, mock interviews, presentations, and practical assignments
• Provide continuous mentoring and career guidance to help trainees overcome personal and professional challenges
