What you'll do
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Agent force solutions for Sales Cloud processes
- Manage agents, topics, prompts, actions, and sources of knowledge
- Configure and support Data Cloud for Agent force use cases
- Create and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and automation
- Manage Salesforce objects, fields, permissions, and access controls. Tests, troubleshoot, and support solutions before and after deployment
