About the role
Rebuild taxation workflows using AI—simpler, faster, and radically better. This is an Associate-Strategy & Operations role for someone who wants to build from zero , not optimize the obvious. You will work directly with leadership as a thinking partner, a cross-functional fixer, and someone who can own ambiguous work end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Cross-functional coordination- Drive execution across teams without authority. Own the follow-through that falls through gaps between functions
- Define the Wedge - Drive calls with consultants and US restaurant owners. Identify the ICP and define the wedge
- Diagnose before prescribing- When something is broken, understand what is happening before jumping to fixes
- Own ambiguous work end-to-end- No roadmap. Align on what and why, and figure out the how. Figure out what needs doing and do it
- Early operational hygiene- Not glamorous but needs to be fixed
